Disgraced financier Bernie Madoff has pled guilty to 11 felony counts. They're all related to that Ponzi scheme that cost thousands of investors billions of bucks. The judge has now accepted the plea. Madoff could face up to 150 years in prison. He is not expected to be sentenced for at least 90 days.

今天的翻译感觉还稍微好点。英翻中的时候除了有时候感觉别扭之外，还有就是找不到合适的词去表达某种心里很清楚的意思。这个问题真是急煞人。
视译的时候，抛却记忆因素不讲。很大一个感受就是为什么自己在用词的时候想不到这么一个词，似乎跟上面的问题一样。反正就是觉得人家怎么用词这么漂亮。比如今天的翻译最后票房榜，rake这个词，应该是用'搜索，拼命收集”这个接近的意思，也就是想尽办法让票房达到多少多少的意思。但如果让我用英语表达票房成绩，我肯定想不到用这个词，而且也肯定是找的词包含不了那种商业竞争啊努力赚取票房啊这个意思。
